


What we focus on is how we differ!
At Inspire Gym, we structure our sessions into a format. Ethan, our strength and conditioning coach, leads our conditioning sessions from Monday to Friday at 6 PM. Francis conducts our weights group on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6:30 PM. This split allows us to tailor our focus to each client's individual needs some require more emphasis on weight training, while others benefit from push through conditioning workouts.
Conditioning with Ethan
Our conditioning sessions are led by Ethan, who specialises in athletic performance and endurance training. These sessions are built around Hyrox-inspired workouts, tailored with elements of strongman-style fitness. The focus is on improving overall conditioning, stamina, and functional strength – ideal for anyone looking to boost their performance and push their limits.
Weights Training with Francis
Francis leads our small-group weights sessions, running three times a week. These sessions focus on proper lifting techniques, structured programming, and educating members on how to train with purpose and efficiency. Whether you're new to lifting or looking to refine your form, this is a supportive environment to build strength and confidence.
